Tammy Postma is a wife, mother, grandmother, and teacher who recently completed her first year in the CiRCE apprenticeship, where she studied the Lost Tools of Writing and gained a deeper love for teaching. She lives in Northern Idaho with her husband of 35 years, Scott, and is blessed with four adult children and seven grandchildren.
For more than two decades, she served alongside her husband in full-time ministry, including church planting in Las Vegas, Nevada, while homeschooling their children. During those years, she co-founded Coram Deo Academy, where she served as principal for four years and developed a passion for cultivating wisdom, virtue, and a love of learning in students.
Although Tammy’s formal degree is in Healthcare Management, education has always been at the heart of her calling. Her greatest joy has been teaching her own children and grandchildren, and now sharing that same passion with students and families who are committed to a rich, Christ-centered education. She believes that learning is not merely the pursuit of knowledge, but the formation of hearts and minds prepared to love what is good, true, and beautiful!
