Course Description

This five week course is for adults who want to continue their classical learning experience, but may not have time to commit to homework. Weekly meetings last 1.5 hours and are a combination of public reading and live discussion. Each week's meeting begins with a public reading of a section of the newly published Galahad and the Grail by Malcolm Guite. During the remainder of the session, participants discuss the contents to gain shared clarity and understanding. Although no prior reading is required, a reading schedule is posted so that participants who desire more processing time may come to class having already read the material. There are no written essays, but prompts will be provided personal commonplace journaling. There are no grades. This course does not offer any credit. Each participant should have their own copy of the book, which is available through Amazon. The course fee is $30.
