Jonatas Cunha

I live in Brazil with my wife and family. Inspired by the importance of a Christian worldview in all areas of life, I am passionate about teaching, for it is a great tool to engrave God's truths in the hearts of people.

I have been a pastor in the Presbyterian Church of Brazil since 2021. During this time, I have been responsible to work on a church plant. Before that, I have taught math, guitar, etc. I have earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering (B.S., University of Brasilia) and Theology (M.Div., Reformed Theological Seminary).

Teaching Philosophy

There is no such a thing as areligious teaching. Every teacher is using his worldview and that worldview shapes content and form and ultimately it will shape the worldview of those being taught. Therefore, I am committed to bring the gospel to bear on every area of knowledge so that students may not only know things but know the God who made them. Only a Christian worldview has access to the total truth. God's truth is the total truth.
