Eric Rosales
about the teacher
Eric Rosales was trained at the United States Army Infantry School and served as an Infantryman in the army. Mr. Rosales served in many military posts, assignments, and multiple deployments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries from The Master’s University and a master’s degree in teaching English (TESOL) from BIOLA University. He pastored youth and college ministry at Solid Rock Church in Southern California. Mr. Rosales has teaching experience in Bible, English, literature, and history. He is currently a humanities teacher at Grace Christian School in Southern California and lives in Temecula with his beautiful pregnant wife and daughter.
Teaching Philosophy
The Christian educator’s first responsibility is to show Christ’s preeminence in all aspects of learning and curriculum (Colossians 1:18). In Christ are “hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge” (Colossians 2:3), therefore it is impossible to gain a complete understanding of a subject without first recognizing Christ’s centrality and supremacy in its content. My objective is to guide students toward Christian character development, which will not only challenge them to excel in their studies but will also equip them to fulfill their calling in life.
