About the course

This course is for students who’ve had little or no Latin. Students will be introduced to Latin vocabulary with beautifully crafted images and high-quality audio along with engaging and instructive stories from the natural and ancient world.

In this course, students will master over 900 Latin terms and be introduced to the basics of Latin grammar.

This is the first in a sequence of courses that prepare students to read Latin texts with ease and enjoyment. The first part of this course is especially great for students learning about the natural world in a science or geography course, and the second part for students learning about ancient history.

Note: the next course in the sequence will be offered during the 2021-2022 school year.
